Office Assistant

Job description:

  • Organising the administrative and logistical work of the office
  • Providing organisational support for the company’s board and managers
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of information and a proper circulation of documents (correspondence, contracts, etc.).
  • Coordinating the calendar, reserving time for respective activities, establishing priorities
  • Arranging, coordinating, and handling the logistics of business meetings (booking hotels and airline tickets, working with caterers)
  • Organising office supplies, collaborating with suppliers
  • Working closely with the Office Manager
  • Representing the company and building its professional image

You can apply if:

  • You have at least two years of experience in a similar position
  • You can communicate easily in spoken and written English (at least B1)
  • You hold a driver’s license (B category)
  • You are well familiar with MS Office
  • You can work in a dynamic environment
  • You are independent and highly organised
  • You are proactive and assertive
  • You are accurate, responsible, and committed to your tasks
