Office Assistant

Job description:
- Organising the administrative and logistical work of the office
- Providing organisational support for the company’s board and managers
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information and a proper circulation of documents (correspondence, contracts, etc.).
- Coordinating the calendar, reserving time for respective activities, establishing priorities
- Arranging, coordinating, and handling the logistics of business meetings (booking hotels and airline tickets, working with caterers)
- Organising office supplies, collaborating with suppliers
- Working closely with the Office Manager
- Representing the company and building its professional image
You can apply if:
- You have at least two years of experience in a similar position
- You can communicate easily in spoken and written English (at least B1)
- You hold a driver’s license (B category)
- You are well familiar with MS Office
- You can work in a dynamic environment
- You are independent and highly organised
- You are proactive and assertive
- You are accurate, responsible, and committed to your tasks
